A Little About The Missionaries

Ryan, Kim, Ezekiel, and Adrianna Marshall

The Marshall’s

Ryan & Kim Marshall along with their two youngest children Ezekiel and Adrianna were appointed to the country of Papua New Guinea on March 15, 2019. After years of praying and seeking the will of the Lord and being involved in World Missions, Ryan was able to meet Bishop Rick Barnett at an Asia Pacific Conference in Manila, Philippines. In January of 2019 Ryan and Kim embarked on a journey that would change their lives forever. After going to PNG they both knew where God was calling them. Ezekiel and Adrianna are the Marshall’s 2 youngest children, and they also have answered the call to GO. The Marshall’s also have two older children that still live in the United States. The Marshall’s son Daniel is married to Breanna, and they have the Marshall’s first grandchild Roselee! They attend The Sanctuary in New Castle, Indiana. Harley is the Marshall’s daughter and she is married to James Greer, and they attend Victory Church in New Castle, Indiana. The Marshall’s are saints of Pastor Wes Comer at Victory Church in New Castle, IN. In December of 2023 Ezekiel moved back to the United States, but still feels the call, and is willing to go into the mission field whenever, and wherever God may call!

The Barnett’s

Rick and Suzanne Barnett served the country of Papua New Guinea from 2001 - 2021 giving 20 years to PNG, Fiji, and the Solomon Islands. They have since moved back to Okmogee Oklahoma where they continue to serve in ministry. We are so thankful for the Barnett family, and the years they gave serving the South Pacific spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ. Before serving in Papua New Guinea the Barnett’s Pastored in the state of Oklahoma. Sister Barnett’s mother and father were missionaries in both Africa, and Papua New Guinea, and God began to call Brother, and Sister Barnett to the foreign mission field at to help Brother and Sister Price in PNG, and soon after PNG grabbed their hearts, and God began to move them into the field more, and more each visit. In early 2001 God made the call apparent, as Brother, and Sister Price moved back to the US, and the Barnett’s stepped into the role of the full time resident missionaries to PNG.

The Price Family

In 1994 Brother and Sister Price were called from Africa to PNG, where they served until 2001. The ALJC had not had any works in PNG until the Price family moved there. in 1994 a man by the name of Wii Ulkande sent a letter to the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ, and then followed it up with a visit to our headquarters in Memphis, TN. The people in PNG were looking for something more, and had heard of an organization that was in Fiji and Australia called the ALJC, and they wanted to know more. After the meeting Brother and Sister Price were still able, ready, and willing to fulfill the great commission, and go to PNG, so in early 1994 they made the move, and had the intention of starting a bible college in PNG.

After much prayer, and guidance they started preaching, and teaching the truth in PNG seeing a great revival. They started with one man that wanted more, and slowly began to grow from one man, to one church, to one province, to one nation, to one region as they started more churches in Fiji. The revival in the South Pacific started by one man willing to go and find one couple that was willing to share one message about one God!

With that we started the ALJC PNG, and it is still going strong today.
